Knot Just Fantasy is a small business run by two sisters. The standard turnaround time is usually2-3 weeks. However, this all depends on the number of orders we are trying to fulfill. Handmade Items: As we are a new small business, we will only be making a limited number of bags, keychains, and accessories to start off with. If demand for our items increases, we will be more than happy to launch a restock.

Art Prints: We have recently started working with artists to help bring your favorite characters to life! Since we order the art prints from a third party we only have a limited number of prints in stock. As such, shipping might be delayed a few days once we run out. **If you would like to see a certain character brought to life don't hesitate to email or DM us! **

Digital Products: A physical product will NOT be made and sent to you. Watermarks will not be in the download files. Re-sell this digital design or create a new file to be resold as your own.
- Digital files may not be shared or given away. The file is meant for use only by the purchaser.
- Please do not upload the file to any social media site or sharing groups.
- The original downloaded digital files may not be re-sold on their own in digital form or altered.

We work hard at creating the items in our shop, and as such, will do everything we can to make sure we package your order with the utmost care so that it is delivered in perfect shape. However, we can not ensure that your items will be handled with care while en route to their destination. If you ever have concerns or issues upon arrival, please reach out to us at our email so that we can try to rectify any problems that may occur.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders and it is the customer's responsibility to contact their postal service. Customers outside of the US may have to pay customs fees.

Items will only be available for a return and complete refund within 12 days of your purchase date. If you need to request a cancelation of your order, please contact us at knotjustfantasy@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
